“Develop and engage in the collaborative and social aspects of writing processes”
The fourth course learning outcome highlighted that writing relevant to our fields doesn’t have to be a solitary and tedious process. We engaged in the social aspects of writing by using blackboard to comment on and discuss each other’s work. While zoom was our primary communication tool outside the classroom, the proposal project had us regularly collaborate with the same group toward a common goal. We met on Discord Voice Call to discuss our writing and plans and used text messages to update each other. Similarly,for the PSA, we communicated via text messages to develop our ideas.
