“Enhance strategies for reading, drafting, revising, editing, and self-assessment”
The second-course learning outcome is, in my view, fundamental to the writing process and essential for creating successful pieces of writing. I improved my reading strategies by selectively searching for the message being conveyed to an audience during peer review, a practice that was important to every assignment. By drafting before finalizing, I criticized my own work and compared it to others. Comments from peers and the Professor were invaluable for editing, revising, and refining my final drafts. One of the instances where revising drafts came in very handy was when my group and I decided to change PSA topics I also had to redo the abstract as shown below we went from Eco-Cycle, to Heat Wave.
